First Hoop Competition
In the absence of our Patrons, President Matthew Spooner devised a competition challenging members to run the first hoop using a “Dutch Auction” approach!
Phase 1 - Running Hoop 9 from the South Boundary with each successive player starting closer to the hoop
Phase 2 - Now we’re close enough to actually see the hoop
Phase 3 - Almost running the hoop - didn’t allow for that rabbit run!
And Finally in Desperation they called on the Photographer. And what happened - she ran the hoop and the replacement photographer missed the crucial photo. Trust me - she did run the hoop!
